The Revolution XT Tile Saw Cuts Better

Because of its slower tile blade speed and higher torque the Revolution XT gives better quality cuts with much less chipping. The lower R.P.M. speed also gives the diamond blade a remarkably long life. With the ring shaped diamond blade you can make straight and curved cuts. If you get the double sided blade for just a few dollars more, you can cut forward and backward. With ordinary tile saws straight cuts are possible; with the Revolution XT virtually all shapes and cuts are possible.

Revolution XT has a Large and Flexible Cutting Capacity

With the included sliding cart you can cut through a 36 inch tile, and you can make a diagonal cut through a 24 inch square tile. If you take the sliding cart off, you are only limited by the size of the material you can hold and move through the cutting area. With its tile blade guard in place, this tile saw will cut tiles and slabs up to 2 inches thick. You can remove the guard and cut materials up to 4-1/2 inches thick. This allows you to cut bricks and pavers in addition to cutting tiles and slabs.

Revolution XT Carriage

The revolution XT Carriage has a velcro surface so that the carriage accessories can be placed anywhere on the surface to make precision cuts. The unique carriage design makes it easy to make custom cuts; you can make precision cuts slicing as little as 1/8 of an inch off your tile without worrying about the blade wandering off, or you can cut curves in to your tile. Virtually all shapes are possible with this tile saw.
